To survive the gauntlet of mythological foes, you must hunt down the three headed wolves that inhabit each stage and collect the Spirit Balls that they release. Spirit Balls increase your strength and allow you to transform into a variety of forms including a Werewolf, Weredragon, Werebear, Weretiger and the ultimate form of Golden Werewolf. Each creature possesses powerful attacks that are required to bring an end to the evil Neff.

Ecco was an ordinary dolphin swimming around with his pod in the ocean. After accepting a challenge to see how high out of the water he could leap, Ecco performed an impressive jump. At the zenith of his leap, however, a massive waterspout formed and sucked his friends up into the sky. Landing back in the ocean, Ecco sets out on a quest to discover the mysterious forces behind the disappearance of his friends. As a dolphin, Ecco has the power of echolocation at his disposal. Sending out a sonic wave allows you to communicate with other sea creatures and create maps of the immediate vicinity. Just remember that dolphins are mammals, and need to occasionally come up for air.

The evil Death Adder has invaded your land, and he has taken the king and princess prisoner. Three mighty warriors step forward to bring the villain to justice.
